Our Approach

 

All Iberian Lighting lampshades and lighting products are bespoke and made to order in our Hastings workshop. We do not dispatch off-the-shelf goods; each item is handmade for you.

Because every piece is produced individually, dispatch times vary depending on materials and project complexity.

Dispatch Times

 

  • Standard production: within 10–15 working days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Complex or large-scale projects: may take longer — we will confirm expected lead times when you place your order.

  • Dispatch days: Monday to Thursday only.

If you need your order urgently, please contact us before placing your order so we can advise.

UK Delivery

 

  • Standard UK mainland delivery: £9.95 + VAT per consignment (free for orders over £100).

  • Highlands and islands: free delivery over £150, otherwise a surcharge may apply depending on parcel size/weight.

  • Fabric samples: delivered free of charge (UK mainland).

  • Courier: DPD – with a one-hour delivery window and full rescheduling options.

International Delivery

 

We deliver worldwide and will provide a shipping quotation at checkout or by email.

  • EU: free delivery on orders over £150.

  • Rest of world: free delivery on orders over £250.

  • Customs duties, import VAT, and local handling fees: payable by the customer in line with the rules of your destination country. UK VAT is removed at checkout for exports.

  • Please note: we cannot control customs delays.

Damages & Issues

 

Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us promptly if an item is damaged or defective. This allows us to resolve the issue quickly.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be delayed (we will notify you where possible).

  • If you are supplying your own fabrics or components (COM), please review our Terms of Service — suitability, performance, and compliance of COM remain the client’s responsibility.
