Villa Bexhill | Bespoke Residential Lighting by Iberian

For Villa Bexhill, Iberian Lighting was commissioned to create bespoke lighting that matched the home’s coastal style and compact spaces. In the dining room, we designed a light, airy pendant that complemented the large French farm table without blocking the sea view. Subtle glass balls kept the design open and airy, while clever detailing concealed the bulb holders.

The staircase required a striking yet functional solution, so we crafted a double spiral of glass balls, set into brushed brass fittings and a black middle rod — providing impact both upstairs and down. In the bedrooms, we softened the look with hand-stitched fabric lampshades and brass collars, suspended as elegant twin pendants.

Working closely with the homeowners, we ensured each bespoke light was tailored to the property’s seaside charm, creating a cohesive and timeless lighting scheme.
