Pirajean Lees x Iberian Lighting | WOW!house 2025 Collaboration

WOW!house 2025 at Design Centre Chelsea Harbour brought together leading interior designers and sponsors to create an immersive show house of unique rooms and styles. For this year’s edition, Pirajean Lees designed the library in collaboration with Dedar Milano — and invited Iberian Lighting to contribute bespoke lighting.

The designers reimagined the traditional library as a music library: a room alive with rhythm and resonance rather than quiet reserve. The concept resonated deeply with us, because soul is not just a design style — it is a quality that lingers in spaces and objects shaped with intention.

Every element of the room was attuned: from the Chladni-pattern rug to the record player seat, no detail competed for attention. Our role was to craft a feature pendant light that reflected this same sense of soulful harmony. The finish was not chosen from a chart but discovered through the process itself — adjusting tones, softening surfaces, and stopping only when it felt right.

This collaboration exemplified our belief that bespoke lighting design should begin with mood and meaning, not just efficiency. While commercial projects often prioritise speed and uniformity, true craft lies in preserving the intent that makes design compelling in the first place.
