House of Hackney Lampshade | Bespoke Lighting Collaboration

We were delighted to collaborate with House of Hackney, a British interiors brand celebrated for its bold prints and richly decorative style. The brief was to create a statement lampshade that would showcase their exquisite fabrics within an equally distinctive form.

Working closely with their design team, Iberian Lighting developed a squashed sphere–shaped lampshade tailored to highlight the FORIS Cotton Linen – Verdure fabric. Our workshop used precision 3D CAD modelling to create a stable structure before hand-finishing it with carefully placed fabric panels. The result is a striking piece that pairs House of Hackney’s dreamlike botanical prints with Iberian’s expertise in bespoke lighting craftsmanship.

This lampshade now sits beautifully within Castle Trematon, the residence of House of Hackney’s founders, and has also featured in styled shoots that highlight their interiors collection. The piece demonstrates how custom lampshades can be designed to echo a brand’s fabric story, turning textile patterns into sculptural lighting features.
